  • Linux: Ubuntu 18.04+ or equivalent, 4GB RAM, 100MB free disk space

  • Network: Internet connection required for initial setup and updates only

Installation Guide

Windows Installation

  1. Download the Windows installer (.exe file)
  2. Run the installer as administrator
  3. Follow the installation wizard
  4. Launch DocuSafely from the Start menu

macOS Installation

  1. Download the macOS package (.dmg file)
  2. Open the downloaded .dmg file
  3. Drag DocuSafely to Applications folder
  4. Launch from Applications or Spotlight

Linux Installation

  1. Download the appropriate package (AppImage, DEB, or RPM)
  2. For AppImage: Make executable and run
  3. For DEB: sudo dpkg -i docusafely.deb
  4. For RPM: sudo rpm -i docusafely.rpm

Getting Started

  1. Launch DocuSafely for the first time
  2. Create a master password for encryption
  3. Add your first document to secure
  4. Configure security settings as needed
